Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 8, 2026
Mothers First Ohio respects your privacy. This page explains how information submitted through this website may be handled.
Information we may receive
If you contact us, we may receive information such as your name, phone number, email address and general description of the resources you are seeking. Please do not submit detailed medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, Social Security numbers, insurance identification numbers, financial account information or other sensitive health information through a standard website form.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to general inquiries, coordinate resource navigation, make appropriate referrals and improve community outreach. We do not sell personal information submitted to us.
Health information
This public website is not intended to be a HIPAA-secure patient portal. Before Mothers First Ohio accepts protected health information through an online referral process, the program should use an appropriate secure intake system and applicable privacy and security safeguards.
Third-party providers
When a referral is made, the receiving provider or organization may have its own privacy practices and may request information directly from you. Clinical care is provided by the independent provider, not by this website.
Cookies and analytics
The current site does not intentionally request sensitive health information through cookies or analytics. If analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies are added later, this policy should be updated accordingly.
Children and adolescents
Mothers First Ohio may provide resource navigation to adolescents and young women. The program should use age-appropriate consent and privacy procedures when collecting or sharing information involving minors.
Contact
For general questions, use the contact/referral process on the website. Official program phone and email information will be added when established.
