Mothers First Ohio is a community access and referral program. Clinical services are provided by appropriately licensed and credentialed professionals and organizations.

We are building a network of healthcare, behavioral-health, maternal-health and community organizations across Fairfield County and Central Ohio.
Healthcare providers
OB/GYN, primary care, pediatric and specialty referral pathways.
Behavioral health
Mental-health, substance-use treatment, recovery and medication-management resources.
Maternal & infant support
Doulas, maternal education, postpartum support, WIC and infant-health resources.
Community organizations
Food, transportation, housing navigation, family support and other community resources.
Faith & community groups
Trusted local organizations that can help reach women and families where they are.
Schools & youth-serving organizations
Appropriate resource connections for adolescents and young women.
Organizations will be identified as formal Mothers First Ohio partners only after an appropriate agreement or written confirmation is in place.
Mothers First Ohio
Mothers First Ohio is a community health access and referral initiative focused on connecting women, mothers and families with care, resources and support.
The Mothers First model builds on that experience by creating a coordinated pathway for women, expectant mothers and families to find appropriate healthcare and community resources.

MD Connect Solutions LLC
Established in 2017. MD Connect Solutions began by providing transportation services to primary care offices and has expanded its work connecting the medical community with people in need through transportation, healthcare access and coordination of essential services.
